We did it, sports fans! The trade paperback is fully funded, all our stretch goals were met and the true rewards were the friends we made along the way…
Following the successful Kickstarter, Alien in the Outfield: The Graphic Novel will collect the complete series of our alien sports adventure comic, remastered, expanded and in full colour for the first time!
Right now, we’re busy putting the finishing touches to our backer rewards and preparing for the final launch. Advance copies of the book will be available at Thought Bubble – The Leeds Comic Art Festival, September 23-24. You can find us in the Millennium Square Marquee, Table 36. Tickets for Thought Bubble are still available here – you are all warmly invited to join us and help us celebrate our final innings in style.
The book will be officially released from October 1st – where it will be available in print and digital from this website and other fine funny book retailers. In advance of the launch, we’ll be refreshing our website and shop page. Single Issues will no longer be available to purchase online, although Issue One is currently available for free download in it’s original vintage monochrome format.
We would like to thank each and every one of you for your support, patience and feedback along the way. If it wasn’t for you, loyal readers, we wouldn’t have reached the end our cosmic journey…and our grumpy green extraterrestrial ballplayer would never have made the final leap home.
